I have only taken this for 5 days. I have a real hard time with the flavor. I got the fruit punch. It’s so incredibly sweet and leaves an aftertaste. I tried adding lemon juice to it and it helped a little. Not feeling any different yet. I like to try things for a month. Not sure if I’ll buy this again.

1+ years ago this was a 5-star product and the core of my morning drink (with other stuff I add). They have completely changed flavor for the Fruit Punch version and it has a strong chemical taste now. I keep trying it again, but it has not improved so it was not just a bad batch. If they can fix this I would go back to 5, but they have totally ruined the product (for now). UPDATE: A fix may be on the way. I need to verify before updating (hint, likely to go back to 5).

Flavor is awful. Tastes like the hard Flemstone vitamins mixed with chewable vitamin Cs. Doesn’t taste like fruit punch at all. Had to dilute it more to even be able to get it down. Says mix with 8oz water, had to up it to 12-16oz. It does give me some energy but doesn’t bring the “buzz” like they say it does.
