I have been using the Gallery Glass paints for several years and they are the only paint I use for painting on glass. The thickness depends on how much you use but it doesn't run.

These surprised me. When we put them on the glass, they looked kind of like nothing.... However, once dried, they sparkle! Since we are using them outdoors, I purchased a UV blocker Krylon spray paint to coat them- as suggested. It is really too early to tell, but I hope it works because it looks great! My wife is already thinking about other glass to paint!

You can do some really cool things with gallery glass, but it also has a few inherent inconveniences that can be frustrating. It's transparent, and adheres well (you don't even have to clean the glass first, though it'll look a little better if you do. The basic color pack is fairly limiting, but there are lots of other colors you can get. The colors fade in heavy sunlight over time. I seal mine with a clear acrylic spray to seal everything and reduce the color loss which stopped most of that, but the ruby red (included in this package) and the violet (not included) both still leach color

Got this for my kid and she loved it! Easy to use. Ot does stink so make sure to use in a vented area.

The paint dries transparent! I'm very impressed by that. You can affect the look by varying the thickness and texture as you apply it. I think a textured, clean surface will improve adhesion but scotch tape easily pulled up the rubbery paint film from a window pane. This might be useful for transferring the paint "skin" to other shapes or hard to get to spots. I question how well it will hold up to heat, like the heat of a lightbulb. I will find out!

Easy, fun, lots of things to do with it. Wish it was cheaper. Check out other products from same manufacturer, also good.

Good Colours but sheer. You had to apply quite a bit to get bright colour. Had a tendency to dry in the bottle quickly. Easy to use.

I am using these window gallery stain glass paints to color glass spaghetti containers to make lamps ad to make clings. I haven't used this product for many years so I am still getting used to it. So far they seem great.

Works well but ugh the stink. It reminds me of nail polish, so make sure to have proper ventilation. Happy with the end result though.
