I bought this set after getting 3 fantastic brushes for free with a morphe palette and absolutely loving them. The brushes I have are gold handled but I didn't expect there to be such a shocking difference compared to this set. The brushes I have, with the gold handles, have luxuriously soft bristles that withstand washing, do not defect or clump with use, don't shed or poke,maintain their shape and apply product perfectly and are just generally are great brushes. The set I ordered here is, again, shockingly different. Bristles are ROUGH and puffy. They feel like dollar store quality and I put them right back in the box to send back. Was not expecting that at all. I honestly can't relay how bad they are. Not trying to be rude. They might work for some but were not it for me. They were not evenly cut, flat eyeliner brush was deformed, stray, coarse bristles sticking out randomly from the sides. Handles feel.. like toy brushes you'd get in a kid's play makeup set. There are better quality brushes, in a higher quantity even, for the same price. Sorry, but sadly these missed the mark pretty bad for me.

Terrible quality. Bristles are coarse and fall out if I use them.
