The band on the hat was off the hat and crushed in the box. After taking hat out of the box, the top of the hat was squished, I can not get it to go straight. Cheap and I threw it out out. Waste of money

Ordered what was listed as a medium. The box says small on it though. It did come well packaged, and while it fits okay, it doesnt fit quite the way I wanted it to since it isnt the size I ordered.

The hat is very cute and stylish, however, when I opened the package, the ribbon that was affixed to the hat was missing. It had fallen off unfortunately. I will still wear the hat, but I do wish the ribbon had been applied better
