I've been using these for years. I love them because the ingredients are complete and natural. The capsule form is perfect for me. I never do tablets. They're easy to swallow and if you can't swallow then open up the capsule and put it in your food or your drink. It's great, very versatile. Okay so let’s get to the bottom of this. Do they work? Yes they do. But at what cost? Well they taste horrible for one. The pill is so big that if I’m not able to swallow it the first time and it comes back up you get a full mouth of nasty flavor of the pill to where I will more than likely gag is back up. It does not taste good. At all. I recommend to drink water first to wet your mouth and throat, then drink water again but this time hold some in your mouth, then take the pill and swallow the water in which the pill will go down with it. After you manage to swallow the pill, the after taste goes away within a few minutes and all is well. It does work well though. It gave me energy, has helped with headaches, and has made me more focused. It does make your urine bright green like a lime Gatorade color but that’s expected with its potency. If you can get past the horse pull and flavor then this definitely is a great deal!
