The scanner worked really well at first it didn’t read anything, but that wasn’t the scanner. It was my network on my bus. Once I resolved why it wasn’t reading i.e. an internal add-on device inside the bus the scanner read great and was able to clear codes and narrow down the issues with my bus. I’m still working on it, but I believe the scanner tool is helping greatly reduce work to narrow down the problem.

It's a simple code reader. I was looking for a scantool to reset the DPF. I was told it would but it won't. I'll have to step up a couple levels.

Doesn't work, tried to update and during the software download my computer was HACKED and shut it all down, This is a Dangerous CHINESE unsecure website and on top of my ruined computer the POS doesn't read codes from anything. Insult to Injury, Don't be dumb like me.

Works on multiple brands. Good for quick diagnosis on the road. It gives detailed explanations about current, pending and historic codes. It's not bidirectional, and offers no emissions diagnostic, or allows a forced regen.

I don't have a HD truck but my 2025 Ford Maverick has the WWH-OBD system and I tried my OBD2 scanners and they could not recognize my Maverick. The Ancel HD601 quickly connected and very easy to navigate through the menu. Totally happy with my purchase, and I imagine newer vehicles are going to use the WWH-OBD system. Hope this helps you!

Works great-just what our dealership needed

This worked to read the codes on a 20+ year old Diesel Pusher, Class A motorhome RV with a cummins ISC 8.3 engine. It read the transmission, ABS, and engine codes. This unit seems a bit over priced for what it does, which is just read codes. I suppose the advantage is that it can also read the ODBII port in a passenger vehicle as well, but I find it is just as simple as a $30 reader from the local autoparts store with ODBII. The 3 stars is a reflection of the price/value of the product. Almost a hundred fifty bucks for a simple code scanner. This unit should sell for a third of the price. Updating the software was easy using a windows 11 computer.

It’s a cheap way to check the codes on my Peterbilt! I have to take it to the dealership or a truck stop and Loves charges $80 to check and clear a code! It’s easy to use and easy to figure out how to use!

have to purchase software after purchase...is not included in price and really doesn't say that in product description. gives you the illusion that it's plug and play out of the box. says its for heavy duty trucks...plug it in all you get is " vehicle not supported"

Item seems to operate as anticipated. The only complaint is that the update for the product requires Windows 10. I had to search out a computer with that operating system because it got stuck on my Windows 11 computer.
