Bought when on offer for less than £4. It was a very good little stocking filler

These sets retail for £11.99 each however I managed to pick each of the 6 stocked (Chase, Marshall, Rubble, Skye, Rocky and Zuma) on Amazon for £3.49 to £3.99 each a considerable saving to the RRP for my paw patrol fanatic toddler son. I understand that we’re paying for the brand name however for something small and generic you would expect to pay £5 or less. Each set contains one small paw patrol big truck pup action figure, one rescue drone, one animal, one accessory, one control pod and one screen which can all neatly be stored within the control pod supplied making a perfect little carry along set. Perfect for toddlers who always manage to loose the main small piece of a kit within 5 seconds of opening, my son can now store and carry easily without loosing any components as he understands they can all be stored within the set and he enjoys putting them into there “sleeping” pods. Overall, I love the way each set is branded and packaged I’ve attached an image above to show how each set arrives; great to give as a small gift or set, any toddler would be appreciative especially small paw patrol lovers! Chase The Chase set arrives with his drone, a landing pad / net and Garbi farmer Yumi’s pet goat. I understand that people don’t think these sets have much playability however for children around the age of 3-5 they are perfect for imaginative play, with the small contents of the set they can dream up a whole creative scene and then an hour later dream up a whole other scene for the same objects. For instance, this set allows for the drone to be clipped onto Chase’s backpack and when your child has dreamed up there rescue scenarios they can press the button on Chase’s collar / chest and the drone will fly off and they can “complete” their rescue. The example I used with my son is that Garbi was a naughty goat and got himself trapped up a tree so police pup Chase had to launch his net/pad to catch Garbi before he had an accident. Marshall Everyone’s favourite fire pup arrives with his drone, Chickaletta Mayor Goodways pet chicken and a fire. This set allows children to dream up a fire scenario where Chickaletta needs to be rescued by clipping Marshall’s water pack to his back and pressing his badge to shoot “water” at the inferno and free Chickaletta. Rubble The Rubble set arrives with a small Rubble action figure, his drone, Wally the walrus and an igloo. For this scene we used the example of Wally being trapped in an igloo away from Seal Island / the bay and being rescued by Rubble who drills him out of the igloo located on Jakes snowboarding resort and transports him back to the bay just off adventure bay. Skye The Skye set arrives with a small Skye action figure, her drone, Mandy the mischievous monkey and a basket. In this case my toddler had the idea that Mandy monkey was stuck up a tree high in the jungle until Skye arrives with her pup pack wings harnessed to her backpack launching a rope with a basket attached allowing Mandy monkey to get into the basket and be flown down to safety on the jungle floor via Skye. Rocky The Rocky set arrives with his drone, a grappling hook, Maynard Ms Marjorie’s pet raccoon and a recycling box. This 6 piece set allows your little one to “catch” Maynard in the recycling box (my bin obsessed toddler loves this component of the set) and then flip it over and safely keep him in the box. They can then clip the drone onto Rocky’s backpack and the hinged arm can be used to launch your line and drag the raccoon along in the box returning him back home to Ms Majorie. Zuma The Zuma set arrives with a small Zuma action figure, his rescue pack, Katie’s pet cat Cali and a lifebuoy. Imagine, Katie’s pet cat Cali accidentally skateboarding from the pup parlour and out to sea. It’s a race against time for Zuma to equip and launch his lifebuoy from his pup pack that’s clipped to his back and bring Cali back to the shore safely from the Bay. Overall, each small component is robust and good quality; with great attention to detail too. Sometimes it’s the little things toddlers pick up the most to express their own observation skills. Great value for the price paid and highly recommend for any young fans. As stated I always carry at least one pod in my bag or my sons backpack for day to day use on the go. I only have one pet peeve which is that I wish the pods were slightly bigger as you often have to solve the puzzle of how to correctly store the parts while being able to close the lid down correctly. The final thing I love about this set is that you can purchase for individual use or as brands like this often do you can, like myself be enticed to buy the whole set. The great thing about the set is that all the parts can be interchangeable and the scenarios that your child can dream up are limitless with the sets all allowing for different combinations. This has helped us reduce screen time at the places stated above such as restaurants as the family members were dining with can help my son dream up a whole new scene different to what I’ve already thought of and from there his mind can run wild. A small set with big possibilities in their mind, definitely recommend especially when Amazon have the most competitive prices on the market! A world full of imaginative play delivered to your door..
