Purchased on 12/23/23 and Still Working
UPDATE: 7/26/25 - Still working fine. No corrosion, leaks or water hardening. Very happy with this purchase I bought this for our off grid cabin and after a year and half it is still going strong. I installed it myself, super easy. It is not a quiet pump but if you 1. place the hose away from the wall 2. place reflectix or another piece of insulation on the back of the unit that dampens the noise. Doesn't bother us as I'd rather have running water in my sinks. I wish I could find a bucket larger than 5 gallons but we remember to dump the bucket when it is time to refill so that it doesn't overflow.

Good value
I am happy with it. It does have a little bit of noise, but I would not call it loud. It is working perfectly for what I need it for. I will need some more time to evaluate how it does with tap water, if buildup/hard water affect it, I am not sure. Hook up was super easy, overall a good product so far.

Affordable alternative
I've used these systems in many applications both commercial and residential. I used to swear by the competition (mostly FloJet) system, but I've had many of those systems fail after a year or two of normal to even moderate use. Most fail when the float switch fails or binds and the pump doesn't shut off when empty (causing it to become air-bound and the motor to fail). This is especially an issue with the dual bottle systems. This TDRFORCE version is the first single bottle system I've come across with enough PSI for longer distance and higher height/head installations. My only wish is that it had interchangeable or additional valve options to accommodate installations with slightly different tube sizing. However, for most people installing in a new application, that will be a non-issue. For me, a trip to the hardware store to buy an adapter did the trick. Not a compliant as it is well documented on the pump, but just as a side note, you MUST switch off the main unit to change out bottles. This hasn't been the case with some other units I've used and caused a bit of confusion at first as changing the bottle with the power on causes the unit to stop working. I found removing the outlet hose, pumping a bit of water into a cup or towel and re-installing the hose will fix the unit if this happens.

Should have bought one a long time ago
The product works great, it's just a little louder than what we expected. We use this on our refrigerator since the water in our area has a weird taste. Now our ice taste great!

Easy to use and works great
So far, it has only been a month but it works very well, easy to switch out the bottles and keep going. It is a little loud when pulling the water but no so much that I have not recommended it to everyone in my family. May purchase for them later.

Fabulous creation!
Where we live the water is absolutely awful. I didn’t even trust the Walter filtration pitchers to remove all the waste from the water. So…I began buying ice from the market. A bag or two a week. My husband was becoming annoyed with me so he found this amazing item and purchased it. The ice that is made is a small cube maybe 1/2” - 3/4”square. I thought the small cubes wouldn’t last due to our high heat index. They do last all day, even in our 120° weather in a Yeti cup. This is one of the best creative ideas I’ve come across. Don’t hesitate and don’t use the tap water connection for ice. I was concerned the tap water would damage our fridge. I clearly understand there is a filter in the ice maker, but that doesn’t get everything out. I wanted Sparkletts/Primo water delivery. My point is…Hurry and buy this. My husband made me the most beautiful cabinet that secures the water pump motor and water line and a shelf above the motor to set the 5 gallon water bottle on. Unless you knew the bottle was in there, you wouldn’t be able to tell that there’s a water bottle in the cabinet. Once my husband finishes the stain and clear coat I’ll post a photo. If you purchase and would like a cabinet made for you, once you’ve seen it…you can PM and we can talk. I’m serious when I say, this is the best thing created for clean beautiful clear ice cubes that are rock solid. A 5 gallon bottle last us over a month. Amazing❣️

Works great getting bottled water to kitchen fridge.
I have well water so I have this ran to my fridge with ice and water dispenser. Works great to get bottled water to the fridge’s ice maker and built in water dispenser. I installed in The basement and it works flawlessly to get the water upstairs to the fridge.
