Taste!
Love it love it love it!!! I now use it on all the the fish I cook. It is especially nice on salmon. Adds a great flavour to the fish.

Interesting mix for fish.
I used this on salmon. Salted and peppered the fish and then sprinkled this over. Waited half an hour and baked at 180 for 15 minutes on a metal tray lined with foil. Delicious!
