Works exactly as it should. Installed it under my garage sink leading from the sump to outside the window. Sinks fed by the garden hose and this siphon acts as the drain/plumbing (since there isnt any). My setup has 4tf lift and I only need to hand pump it 3 or 4 times before itll free flow until the sump is empty. The one way valve hasent gotten clogged yet even though there are fine solids. Zip tied a piece of window screen as a pre-filter for good measure. Hose is quite pliable as well. I expected it to be stiffer but what you get is much more workable. The clips seem to be a good touch. Snug fit and no leaks anywhere as of now. Yea, good little siphon.

I used it for the first time today. So far, so good. I never used a siphon hand pump before. This was a first. For the few sheckles this thing cost, I didn't have high expectations. I was wrong. It worked as it should. I was pleased. I used it to siphon gas from a snow blower into a fuel can. It worked. We'll see how long it lasts. The bulb that you squeeze is rubber, my guess is it'll eventually dry rot away. Oh well. If I get a few years out of it I'll be satisfied. Hope you have the same luck I did with this unit. Cheers!

After connecting the hoses to the squeeze bulb, I used it to remove unused gas from my power generator (the storm and expected power outages never happened) It worked very easily and just as I expected. I've tried other 'gadgets' for this, but none were as easy and worry free as this.

Great product that does exactly what it needs to do. Siphoned gas out of a vehicle easily. Inexpensive hand siphon that keeps flowing once the siphon is established. Perfect!

Initial use and observations are that it works for the intended purpose, however is very slow. The clip is pretty bad and comes loose too easily from the hose. The worst part is the instructions provided say the hose barb is "brass" when it is clearly not and cannot be used as a weight. It is ridiculously light to the point I am not sure if it's metal coated plastic or painted aluminum. A weight would be nice to help keep the hose on the bottom. The hose is a little thick and makes it difficult to keep on the bottom as it wants to curl back.

I bought this to drain a couple of gas tanks that have had bad gas in them. It does work to pump out the gas - but I have not seen it work as a siphon. It seems I could pump the gas out - but if I stopped squeezing the pump - it would stop. Not a big issue - unless you’re pumping out a large tank. I was only dealing with a few gallons in each of the old tanks. So for what I needed it for it worked okay.

used this to tale out old gas from my atv… works perfect

Worked well, placed one hose in dipstick hole and syphoned oil overfill from engine. Takes a bit to fill the hose but the oil started to pump out. Oil overfill light now gone from dash.

Product is very good. It works very efficiently. It is meant for fuel but i use it to drain excess water from my balcony garden area. One less star is only for the faulty product and used product delivered on my 2nd order. My mistake that I didn't check it and by the time I did, the window had closed. My 1st order still works perfect even after 2 years.
