Amazon Basics Reversible Lightweight Microfiber Comforter Blanket, Full/Queen, Burgundy/Grey

Lightweight, your "basic" comforter (like its name), but soooo nice, soft, & comfy! It may not keep you as warm as one would like during the (brrr!) coldest winter nights, for which you may need a heavier comforter/blanket, but does a terrific job otherwise. Particularly here in Sunny AZ! It was a very good purchase, value-wise, for the price. It's a lighter color Red than I expected...more of a "Tomato-Red," versus a deep, saturated Red, but nonetheless I like it, since I love Red anyway. I liked that it reverses to a nice neutral Tan, which makes it very versatile. Made well, sewn well, soft comfy material to snuggle up with. Yes...I would purchase again! Esp in different colors, as needed. And esp for the more-than-fair price.

I bought this in 2016, and am going to purchase another one... not to replace, but because I need two. Mr. Comforter Hog keeps rolling himself into a giant, 280 pound burrito, leaving me to freeze. The comforter has worked out perfectly, despite the comforter thief. He generates more heat than a million suns, but needs to be covered. I, on the other hand, am generally cold. The way this regulates temperature is wonderful. The Burrito doesn't overheat and I don't freeze. This applies to every season of the year... so we have never had to buy seasonal bedding. It is comfortable, soft and lightweight. It provides me with just enough weight that I feel comfy and protected. I've washed it weekly for two years. It has retained its color and shape. There are just a few loose threads that are probably due to three cats kneading... they love the comforter too, evidently. Oh... and it's affordable. So, I'm back to buy another.

As others have mentioned, it's pretty lightweight, which is perfect for California nights. The color is a nice bold red, and it fits a queen size bed very well, stopping before the bedskirt. I had no issues washing or drying it, just followed the care directions on the label. The filling stayed in place, it might be a good idea to keep the spin cycle on low though. Very soft and snuggly, and a definite improvement over my previous cotton comforter which was starting to pill like crazy. I'll probably get more for the guest bedrooms, as the quality is spot on. Minus one star for the carrying case/packaging, which arrived with the plastic in front already split from the fabric. Not enough to warrant a return, as it's rarely used, but still annoying.

We always have friends coming through, and this comforter has served as the perfect blanket for a quick couch or air mattress stay. We've also used it simply to nap or for movie nights, and it's perfectly soft and a great mid-weight. We use this comforter during all seasons, and it's pretty fantastic especially for the price point! Don't waste your time with a big name brand -- this is an awesome pick from the AmazonBasics line. We've owned ours in a Full/Queen size for 1+ years now and it has held up with no problems.

I bought one for each of my boys first. I need to wash my one sons DAILY. So I can tell you after 30 days and 30 washes it holds up. Not a single stitch out of line. They are on the thinner side. This is not a very heavy quilt, but it's warm. It's winter warm with a thin blanket on top of it. It's summer AC is cranked up perfect amount of warm. It's a microfiber and it's VERY soft. Nothing scratchy or stiff about this blanket. For 20 bucks you cannot go wrong with this. I loved them so much I got a pink one for myself and I'm writing this review wrapped up in it happily. My dog also loves it. Attached a pic for anybody wondering how bright the pink is. It's very bright!

One thing...I've had this only about a month. First... it does keep you warm and it's lightweight. Idk if I would recommend for summer but for winter it's great. Second..it's not wrinkle free. It will get wrinkles Third... be prepared to sew it. I have had 5 of the stitches on the top come out and have had to fix them. Thankfully I have the right colors to match for sewing. But it's a pain to drag out the machine and then always be sewing. Fourth..I had to get a king size bc the full/queen was too small. Tho the king is larger it still doesn't come to the floor on either side. It actually comes about halfway to the sides on my bed when I make it up. Which is great bc I love a lot of blanket on my bed. But the full/queen barely covered it. Lastly, this was just a cheap temporary solution for what I needed. Keep in mind when you buy.

This was a great find. If you are looking for a heavier type of comforter, this one is not for you. I am a very warm sleeper and even have a fan on me even in the dead of winter. This comforter is thick enough to snuggle in with and exceptionally soft. I’ve had it for about one month and had great sleep ever since. Great product so far, and I may soon order a back up one just in case this one doesn’t last too many years. Not expensive but great value.

I love this faux-down comforter! Somehow, it keeps me warm in the winter and cool in the summer. It is feather light and very soft to the touch. The burgundy color is great, not too bright. We have an extra large twin hospital bed and I ordered the full/queen. It fits beautifully! I would definitely purchase another one.

Really it is a good quality product which is very comfortable. I am very happy that it's colour and softness is as it is I was expected.

I just want to remind people that this is a cheap (low cost) blanket. It will never be completely perfect. There are some spots where it looks like the sewing might come undone sooner than later. While it does feel soft, it is not the softest blanket that I have ever had, but it does come close and is still comfortable. It is lighter in weight, but still keeps you decently warm. I take good and careful care of my stuff, so I'm sure this blanket will last me for quite some time. I would definitely still recommend this blanket.

Había leído reseñas que mencionaban que era muy delgado, así que aproveché a comprarlo en oferta por si no me quedaba tan convencida. SIn embargo, me llevé una grata sorpresa al ver el edredón ya puesto, si bien no es súper grueso como un cobertor es lo suficiente para un frío moderado. Tengo otro edredón que de verdad es delgadito y en ocasiones necesitaba una cobija adicional aun cuando no fuera invierno, en la primera noche usando éste incluso sentimos este un poco pesado, pero repito, el otro edredón es bastante ligerito. El material es bueno, no es como tela polar o peluche, pero tampoco es que raspe, es una tela normal y cómoda. En cuanto a tamaño, le quedó bien a mi colchón aunque es un poco alto (poco menos de 30 cm) le quedan unos 3 cm de más en los lados y un poco más al frente, pero para mi gusto está perfecto, no me gustan los edredones que cubren casi hasta el piso. En general satisfecha con la compra, volvería a pedir uno igual.
