Amazing, delicious Strawberries for my ACAI drink !!!
These are sliced strawberries in a very big can, which was hard to open with a manual can opener. Once open, they are lovely. Our coffee shop makes a favorite drink with ACAI + WATER + Crushed ICE + sliced freze-dried STRAWBERRIES -- which is absolutely yummy! I have bought these strawberries to make that same drink at home for its anti-oxidant anti-inflammatory benefits -- and these strawberries (NO sugar added) will do beautifully for that purpose!!! I add two scoops to the fluid, and shake the container HARD -- and the strawberries reconstitute wonderfully! I am absolutely delighted, and will be re-ordering this wonderful product in the future!

My favorite way to eat blueberries
These are a great snack! I love blueberries, but when I buy them at the store, they are never sweet enough for me. Plus, fresh blueberries go bad so quickly. These freeze-dried blueberries have just the right amount of sweetness and tanginess, and there's no way they will go bad before I eat them all. I like to eat them just as they are, the crunch makes it kind of feel like eating something unhealthy, but it's just blueberries! Plus since they are freeze-dried, they retain all of their nutrients. These have become a staple in my kitchen.

Whole Blueberries!
These blueberries 🫐 are delicious. I use them exclusively in my Cabot 10% milk fat vanilla yogurt. Such a treat! I even mix them with fresh blueberries for a texture celebration. Airy and crunchy and tasty. I have purchased multiple times and have them on Subscribe-and-Save. The price is totally manageable, and the flavor is welcomed. They arrived in a large re-sealable container, a perfect storage place. High quality.I am a believer!

Very similar taste and texture to fresh.
These actually taste like regular scrambled eggs. Texture almost identical to really fresh eggs but without the fluffiness when water is added to real eggs, as these are more dense and more rich tasting, so that makes sense. Perfectly rehydrate for all baking needs. Great to have on hand when you forgot to buy eggs!

Great blueberries. Can is a pain to open.
For as hard as it is to get the can open, the lid comes off a little too easily. These are delicious. Will buy again. But seriously - opening the can gave me carpal tunnel.

Nutrition all year long. Tasty, crispy…
Great for oatmeal, salads, baking or just straight out of the container. An easy way to have the nutritional value of blueberries. All year long.

Really tasty - great alternative to eggs or eggbeaters.
Mixed it one-to-one - I made a quarter cup worth and that was enough for my breakfast. Fried it with some butter, added a slice of cheese, and a little seasoning. It turned out great, and was really tasty.

buy now use later, buy now eat now, just buy food at good prices while you can
12 ounces. The 28 serving can is 12 ounces (28 servings X 12 grams= 336 grams= 12 ounces). I don't know why it doesn't just say that. I normally buy Augason Farms of same size, but went with this as the price happened to be better (and still is) and it also had a coupon. Prices fluctuate across brands a lot. I am well familiar with ReadyWise, though I tend to stock the other. I like them both well enough, so I usually purchase based on price (though I do not rate based on price). #10 can (that reads, "number ten", not ten pound) that requires a heavy duty can opener. Has resealable lid. Emergency #10 cans are for super long term storage, usually float, and are used because they can fit a wide variety of foods and allows for "stackability" and uniformity in ones long term pantry area. However, that also means that some food items will take up all the space of the can, and some may only take up a little bit of space. As with other products, vessels are filled based on weight not volume. But there is always someone who freaks that they got a mostly empty can. We pay for the weight of the food. Some items are bagged inside, some are loose. These berries are loose, as expected. I buy emergency storage cans for actual potential emergencies, but I also buy some for regular use. I like the pricing and quantity better on bigger containers of freeze dried fruit over the small packets I find at the store. I love freeze dried fruit for snacking, for adding to oatmeal, pancakes, muffins, or anything else I can think of. This purchase and review happens to be for the blueberries, which are as good as expected. 12 ounces may not sound like much, but it is actually quite a bit since all water has been taken out. I usually buy fresh and frozen, but freeze dried has a place in both my working daily pantry as well as my long term storage pantry. Sometimes blueberries and other fruit, AND other food items just arent available, or prices are no good. When I can get emergency food on sale, then I am investing in my food budget. Carbs are easy to come by (still, for now), but fruits and vegetables not so much. I try to store items that are tricky to find, buy, or grow. 5 stars because it is as good as I anticipated. Nothing stands out extra good or bad, as I find it similar to the other brand I buy.
