This sealing ring fits my Dyson V12 Detect perfectly and solved the issue right away. The original ring on my dust bin had worn out, causing air leaks and reduced suction, and this replacement brought everything back to normal. After some very hard use for the past 4 years, I replaced this seal. The seal fit perfectly & was easy to install. I can't say enough about my Dyson Vacuum. It is very powerful and well-built. It is a workhorse. I use it almost daily on my hard surface floors. It picks up the debris around my wood stove. I used it on a friend's boat that had not been cleaned in years. I vacuumed up 4 cansiters pine needles. Great product!!

Worked fine. The original part failed and this part dropped right into position. Takes some technique to get it assembled but not too bad. Original Dyson part was weak.

Absolutely this is a 5+ Star product! It was so easy, took me maybe 30 seconds to install. This is an excellent replacement part for my Dyson V11. The upgraded Bin Sealing Ring came exactly as shown and described. That fact that it comes assembled with screws holding the parts together is far superior to the Dyson bin seal with its parts separate and difficult to handle. Bonus, it comes with a Torx screwdriver with a magnet tip, plus the screw needed to attach. Most households likely do not have this special 6 sided Torx screwdriver. Overall it feels superior to the original Dyson part. My vacuum is back up and running great!
