Tilting Vise, 4.25-Inch for Benchtops and Drill Presses, Black

I was surprised by the vise when I recieved it. well packaged and perfect shape. quality is much better than expected, especially after reading some reviews. It's not toolmaker quality but very good for the price.

I use this vice occasionally for light duty on a 12" drill press. It is very handy not having to tilt the table or build a jig to drill or hold at an angle. The build quality is okay for hobby grade, not industrial. The angle scale is not super precise and should be verified with a more accurate angle gauge, but the same can be said about the best table saw. The chain for the cotter pin gets clipped easily (ask me how I know).

Solid vise, holds its position when tightened. I attach it to the bench and use it as the base for a tilting jig to hold musical instruments and it's excellent for that purpose.

Works good. Wish it had more aggressive jaws.

First off it's larger than expected. It's a heavy well built vise that's versatile and will definitely do the job for many years. Very pleased and surprised by how far the jaws open it's going to be a great addition to my work table

This tilting vise was better quality than I was expecting. It locks tight and did not come loose when I was using it to hold a piece of 1/4 inch thick steel that I had to cut. The price was reasonable and with free Prime shipping it was a good value to me.

I bought this vice to use on a rolling cart for odd jobs like sharpening mower blades outdoors. It's very well built and moves in all the right directions to allow perfect access to the angle of the blade edges. It's heavy enough to stay in place without being bolted down for these lighter jobs too.

Excellent vise for the price, locks into position good haven't had any trouble with it yet.

Good vise. I broke the first one because I messed up. They replaced it immediately and the new one is very good. I really like this product and the replacement service was exceptional.
