I ordered these to cut the legs and through the heads of the hogs that we butcher yearly. They are very durable, and cut through the bone with zero issues. I used a Porter Cable 20v saw to cut them with and even when I hit teeth while cutting through the jaw hinge, it went right through with zero issues. They are sharp enough to cut through the skulls, jaw hinges, and two front legs of four hogs on a single 4 year old, 20v battery when it's 20 degrees F outside. The time they saved me over using the hack saw made them a great value for our use.

Purchased these to turn my $1.78/lb pork shoulder into $3.78/lb bone-in pork steaks. Extremely sharp and seems durable, but these are NOT food grade stainless steel. After sawing through the tough bones, this blade was washed in soapy water with a nonferrous ScotchBrite sponge. You can see the rusty results. Can't scrub it with steel wool as that would only make it rust even more. Might as well have used the wood blade that came with the saw. May not be harmful, but definitely not what to expect from "food grade stainless". Returning and trying something different.
