Perfect for rucking!
Good value weight plate (about £20 for 9kg) when I ordered it.Good for doing weighted crunches too.

Good value
Spot on and good value. Only learning point was that in heavy rain (or sweating!) the plates rusts slightly and causes staining. Solution is as simple as putting the plate in a plastic bag. Prefer that to paying extra for paint covering etc.

Good product
This is great imo. Cheap, comfortable to use in a variety of ways. Fits in packs for rucking / tabbing / whatever. Who cares if it gets bashed about really. Can't see what's not to like.
