It worked for me
Pros - I use the product for weight management and so far it works for me. Just be disciplined as well to see and feel the results. - I find Vanilla as the best due to its versatility. You can pair it with almost any fruit or take it as it is. Cons - The quantity seems to be lesser than 500g as stated on the packaging. - There is a minimal aftertaste. - I had an adjustment period which is not quite advisable for people with lactose intolerance or those having sensitive stomachs.
