This cage is pretty nice for a small bird, quaker, conures etc and smaller. Easy to put together and I like the feeder gates and the tray is easily pulled out so you can clean it. It is the minimum size for a SMALL bird. If you can go bigger that’s always better. My bird gets out of cage time so the minimum size cage works for me. I also like something a little easier to transport. Definitely change out the perches to the more natural ones you get at the pet store. Put a couple of toys in there too. Try and give your bird supervised and safe out of cage time. I personally feel like the plastic feeder and water containers are fine too. Just wash daily with hot water. The cage bars are strong enough for a smaller bird. My bird is friendly with family but not sure how he would be with strangers when they have to keep him when we are on vacation. With the feeder gates and pull out tray even a pet sitter can keep my bird when needed because they don’t have to handle him. It’s not super sturdy but I think it’s fine for my Quaker. Also be careful with the cage door because it comes down fast. When your allowing your bird to come out or go in, open the door and use your lock to keep it up, so it doesn’t come down and injure or kill your bird. Update! Still love the cage but if you have a Quaker or escape artist, your bird can definitely get out through the feeder gates you need to lock those as well.

Great little cage! I got this to replace my caique's current sleep cage. It's very sturdy and good quality. Super easy to build! The front door is a little strange, but I'm used to it after a week now. His main cage is massive and impossible to cover at night for peaceful sleep. Before this he had an 18x14x22 sleep cage that felt a bit too small and cheap. This cage is perfect! Roomy enough that if he wakes up before me, he's not cramped. Small enough to cover easily and tuck away so he can get those vital 12hrs. I wouldn't use this as a main cage for any bird larger than a finch. But to travel or sleep - this is the one!!

We ordered this to take care of our sons cockatiel for several months. The bird is very happy in the cage and is very comfortable. The perches that come with it are trash and should never be included with the cage. A wood dowel is the worst perch for a bird and could lead to injury of the birds feet. So throw them in the wood stove or fireplace. Buy some natural branch perches. The food and water dishes are plastic but very easy to get in and out of the cage. The bird does not chew on or pick at either so they are fine. I would prefer stainless steel but for a few months these are fine. I will be putting 1/8” plexiglass on the food slide door and around the food dish. This will hopefully keep the thrown food and chaff mess more inside the cage. As far as ease of assembly my 16 year old daughter put the entire thing together without any assistance. Is it a good long term cage? No, its just not sturdy or large enough. It will do as a visiting cage for a bird no larger than a single cockatiel. If you’re thinking about a conure or larger get a more sturdy cage. A couple of budgies or smaller birds would love this cage. It comes with wheels but it’s too low to the ground to use them. The size and height of this cage makes the wheels useless if you want to see and interact with your bird(s). To make the birds part of your family you’ll want to sit it on an end table.

Great cage but birds like to be up high so I put it on the table. The door is too small and hard to reach in to adjust toys. Only for small birds like cockatiel or smaller!

My first cage was really nice but my bird kept escaping when I wasn’t home. I searched for a replacement for a while and found this cage. It has good bar spacing so she cannot fit through them. I will say, the bars are a little flexible so if pressure is applied, they bend. If you had a bird that’s set on getting out, they might still be able to if they’re small. It’s a good size for the money and I like that the wheels were optional to put on or take off. The tray slides out easily and there’s room between the floor of the cage and the pan under. That was a complaint I had with the previous cage, it was hard to pull the tray out and it was shallow space between the floor and the tray making it easy to spill.

Edit: the door has a hard time staying on the cage without me using several clips, and several times after opening the door to clean or put my bird away it has fallen off and made me have to hurriedly code the opening while I fix it. Downgrading the review even more and returning it. Do not get this cage. I don't normally review products online however I wanted to leave an honest review for lovebird owners. I have a 13 week old lovebird and he seems to enjoy the cage and frequently climbs around 85% of the cage. My problem is when building it didn't seem sturdy as the sides and top could easy wobble a bit. so I used zipties to make sure everything was held tightly together. Now this could have been my error, but the fact I had to use an additional products to make it better is why I didn't give it higher marks. The doors work OK, but to be honest the guillotine style doors kind of suck and are annoying to deal with. I paid 60$ bucks so I feel like you get what you pay for and it is not unexpected. Some other cons- My bird happily climbs most of the cage but it is a bit too small for him to really fly. I would say if you have a lovebird use this as a secondary cage or maybe if you need a smaller cage for another room and buy a flight cage that is bigger as the main cage. I will be upgrading his cage in a few months and keep this for a second cage or to temporarily hold rescue birds. Also if you do buy this cage ditch the dowel perches and buy some wood ones, you can get like 6 in a pack for 16 bucks on here so you have no excuse.

Muy bonito diseño y muy amplia para 2 pericos , pero la puerta es muy incomoda para abrirla. Espero que sea duradera porque el precio si esta caro. Y para armarla fue un show.
