Do not recommend
This doesn't mix well and is very foamy. I would not recommend it, very disappointing. It is now all going to waste unfortunately.

to be honest one of the worst proteins I took, not taste wise, but mixing it leaves a ton of foam and a lot of like small left overs doesn’t mix well.

El sabor es delicioso, si es verdad que no se disuelve tan fácil pero con un poco de paciencia se logra disolver por completo. Me ha sentado bien y honestamente me sorprendió el sabor!
