Great selector
Excellent product, easy to use. I have three sets of speakers hooked up to this and it works great. You can choose which speakers you want on and which ones you want off at any given time. One feature I would have liked to have would have been the ability to control the volume on each set of speakers separately.

Just what I needed
I have 2 pairs of speakers hooked to a Technics SA-GX130. I wanted to add 2 pairs of outdoor speakers and be able to turn on or off each pair of speakers as needed. This has the exact connections I need. All 4 of the zone switches work fine. I have an 8 ohm receiver, and all 4 pairs of speakers are 8 ohms. The impedance protection switch is a nice feature to protect the connected equipment. Well worth the price.

works well, could have better connectors
I have a very large "L" shaped living space and I wanted to be able to move around in the space and hear high quality sound from one set of speakers in each leg of the "L". This unit works fine for this purpose, and does not degrade the sound too much (and I am very fussy about the sound quality of my systems). The fact that it has the "impedance protection" circuit is important and very useful feature. I did not give 5 stars because I feel it should have better connectors that have "screw down" type fasteners like those found today on high quality speakers. The spring tension connectors seem a little weak to me. Especially when one considers that if a speaker wire accidentally disconnects, it could easily short out the amplifier, and there goes your $1000 amp or receiver. So that's why I only gave 4 stars... All in all, I would recommend this and would buy again. For the $$, impossible to beat.

Easy install and worked as planned
I was able to use this device to take a single speaker output and split to two different speakers on left and right of the TV for a wider center channel for my surround sound. I then angled the speakers toward the center position of the listening area to give the impression that the sound was coming from the center of the screen. I then adjusted the amplifiers boost of the center channel to compensate for the split channel. Worked like a charm.

nice unit, works great so far
The selector switch is swell, nice unit, works great so far, and I also asked a question that was answered promptly. I gave only 3 stars because I do not appreciate the disingenuous "spam" that comes with it, enticing a positive review in the disguise of an "I am here to help" email. This is a growing trend that I wish we could opt out of, please Amazon!

Best product I could find for the price
Works well. A little big for what I need it for. I have it hooked up in my RV to select which speakers are on for a custom install. It's a small camper so it's more of a novelty item for 4 channels. I did add outdoor speakers to the RV so, this was a must. Best product I could find for the price.

Speaker selector allows both single pair selection and combined channel selections.
Works great. I had to retire an old stereo amp that had 3 speaker selects which I took advantage of. The new amplifier only had one speaker output. This unit allowed me to hook up my three sets of speakers and allows me to select any combination of the three. There is a fourth selection available on this unit which I did not use.

Damaged and not as advertised
This product was purchased to provide the option to listen to 1 pair of speakers or (up to) 4 pairs of speakers throughout my house. I have a basic Onkyo receiver that only allows up to 2 pairs of speakers. Upon opening the box one plastic red and one plastic black piece fell out - these pieces hold the speaker wire in place behind the unit. I attempted to sample the remaining 3 pairs to see if I wanted to replace this damaged one. I was able to hook up the remaining three pairs of speakers. The sound quality is absolutely terrible. The music is muffled and the volume is diminished. Avoid this product at all costs.
