This was very easy to install. Great product. No complaints. I love the fact that you have three openings in the back of the drawer that you can use to connect any devices stored within the drawer.

Extremely well built and so useful for storing zipties, patch cables, SFPs, and all the other odd and ends I need when making changes to my server rack. I have a 42u rack with extra space so I plan to get a few more

Ok, I'm a musician and own 2 sound systems. This is an excellent product!!! Less expensive than than any others I own and better quality.

Have 2 of these 1U units now. Ordered 1st with some trepidation given reports of shipping damage. 1st one had only a shallow bend in the upper panel which could be removed by hand. Encouraged by quality and weight of the product, I bought a 2nd. Unfortunately that arrived with a bent rack ear. Decided to fix that with a vise and otherwise the frame was not bent, so kept it. The shipping boxes have rigid foam around the edges and no foam on top and bottom. That is why the top panel will likely arrive a bit caved in (which can be bent back), and the rack ears are still exposed to corner damage (present on both boxes and the cause of 1 bent ear). After repair the units are great, surprisingly heavy-duty, and a perfect dimension for my setup. Also if anyone needs to know for planning — the key sets are not numbered and locks are identical (at least on my 2 units which were ordered separately and shipped via 2 different carriers, Amazon and USPS). I took off one star for the sub-par packaging and need for minor repairs.

Fits well in my Ryoracks 12U rack. I built a desk using 2 12U racks and a butcher block counter top. I use this drawer as a snack drawer and thumb drive storage! This fits great and rolls smoothly.

If you're setting up a server room or a production studio, these are incredibly useful. It comes with some basic instructions, packaged pretty nicely when opened, and comes with six rackmount screws in case you need some. I own three Rackpath 4Us and Rackpath one 2U. I purchased all three of my 4Us from Amazon, and the 2U from a different website. All three of my 4Us had this same damage in the same spot (see photos) which luckily can be fixed with some pliers and strength however it is incredibly frustrating to see especially for the price point. The shipping boxes were always a bit beat up so I assume the shipping and/or Amazon warehouses are just battering these things around. The actual product, I'd give a 5/5 and because this is for the product itself and not Amazon's handling of the product.

These drawers are great quality. I have the 1u which is just deep enough to house my IEM body packs.
