Bought in the Black Friday deals when dropped to £649.99. I haven't had a laptop for many years, just making do with a Micro PC as a media hub for the TV but this has got to be one of the best purchases i've made in a long time. - Battery life has been 5-6 hours on a full charge. - Very fast to boot up. - The keyboard is nice and responsive and lights up each time you press a key and stays lit for 30 seconds after the last key press. - Very fast from the SSD memory inside and is also expandable. I bought another 2TB M2 SSD to fit inside and works like a charm. - Comes with Norton Security Ultra built in and free for 30 days. Can purchase a subscription to continue protection or you can make do with the free version or other Antivirus software. - Comes with 1 years free 100GB storage to dropbox. Once the year has finished, your files will still be accessible and downloadable, however you won't be able to add any NEW content to your dropbox folder once your bonus storage period has ended. - Wonderfully colourful and vibrant screen - Great for watching 4K video - I have been playing Runescape on this (I'm not an avid gamer, just a nostalgic one!) reliably everyday since purchase. Perfect performance on the highest graphical settings, no lag or issues. Those of you who play games which take a lot of power/memory, i cannot comment i'm afraid. - Speakers aren't overly loud and are located on the underside of the laptop. So if placed on a mesh stand or a stand which allows access to the sides of the laptop, sound quality should not be impaired in any way. - Screen Brightness is fantastic and on the highest setting is incredibly bright. I find even 50% is more than enough and of course, will extend the battery life even more. All in all, a very great windows 11 laptop that will likely last for many years and i couldn't be happier!

A well spec'ed Intel i7 lap top. It works fast enough to handle all my work-related tasks. The other job I had for it - writing my next novel - revealed a rather weak keyboard in terms of layout. The number pad means everything else is off-centre to the screen. And weak in terms of resilience, the arrow keys are very sticky, not depressing smoothly and prone to sticking, making selecting text tricky. Maybe you'll be luckier

High quality, superfast boot up and shutdown in less than 30 seconds. Love the backlit keys, lightweight, fab spec and great price.

The Laptop's battery 🔋 is not good, though the Laptop is good.

love the back light typing pad and it is super fast in its boot up and connections to the internet, really pleased so far with the purchase.

So the laptop is great however 1. The charging cable co nection is flimsy and already damaged had to buy a bew one 2. If you working intensively online for marathon hours it freezes and the only solution is a hard reatart so any unsaved work is lost (marathon = 15+ hours) 3. It is heavy but neesed for the above reason. Not the beat for travellung hand luggage only at nearly 4kg 4. Fingerprint logon is great so record your password you will hardly ever use it and your pin too! Gope that help!

Overall Happy with my purchase, 16GB RAM is absolutely high speed processor love it. I thought I am happy with the light weight for my travelling, but not happy with the power plug which was bulky and heavy, that adds the extra weight.

The device is excellent, but the battery is weak and works for two hours on average. is this normal?
