Five star if unexpired
I had to return strips as they were expired and thus useless. I obtained some test strips from another source and they work well. You have to follow a careful procedure, and I'd recommend looking at highnorth's article "Blood Lactate Testing: Protocols For Cyclists". It's especially important to clean your finger, gently squeeze the blood so you don't force intracellular fluid out, wipe away the drop and gently squeeze another (big) drop.
