Still early to be certain if I'll see the benefits that I'm looking for, but I'm optimistic. So far, it's been well tolerated. The main ingredient is supposed to act as a prebiotic to support butyrate producing bacteria, which are important for gut health. I'd also like to say that this is a very responsive seller and that gets an extra vote of confidence in my book.

These capsules are really easy to swallow they're not huge. There is no taste, and you can take them anytime of day. I really didn't notice any difference, maybe a little more regular in the bathroom so that would be better gut health but I can't say that it has a lot of health benefits that I've noticed. I have used the whole bottle. It's a good value if it does help you.

Wow, life-changing. The prebiotics have helped tremendously with fatigue — not at all what I was expecting. My gut doctor told me to eat kiwis to help with digestion and that was not always easy to do so I looked for kiwi supplements and WOW. I haven't noticed any digestion changes but I'm guessing it relieved inflammation or something that I didn't realize I had, because I can now get up easier in the morning. I'm not necessarily more energized, but before these, if I didn't get enough sleep, it was devastating. Now I'm fine, I can get through it. I'm very thankful to have found these and now am more conscious of the affect food has on my energy levels.

Was taken it for a month, and no result or any reaction, can’t return, real probiotics should be refrigerated only they can actually help, don’t waste your money. I am taken their other product stomach lining repair and it’s not doing anything either. I still have problems going to the bathroom, no help with digestion whatsoever.

I’ve been taking the prebiotic kiwi fiber to fix my gut dysbiosis. I bought 7 bottles of this stuff and took it for months. Recently I gained a bunch of weight like 20 pounds in 3 months due to unknown causes and ballooned up like a pregnant woman. I suspect I have SIBO. I don’t think this pill did anything to help so I’m going to stop buying it and just eat more fruit. It’s very expensive. Taking probiotics gave me more noticeable results. I do want to mention I did a gut stool test and my Faecalibacterium prausnitzii count did double and increase after taking this for over half a year. I’m not sure if it achieved anything however. I did not feel healthier or lose any weight from taking this. No difference.
