Bought a 2 pack. The units worked perfectly. Big noticeable difference in air quality. Very quiet. Replacement filters are super reasonable….however….one of the units started to develop an annoying sound with the fan motor. BUT…Here is the great news. I called the company directly and believe it or not both calls made were answered by a helpful human!! They said they had not gone A.I. yet, and I can't tell you how refreshing it was to have a live customer service experience. Best customer service I have ever seen. After verifying my purchase at Amazon, trying some suggested diy solutions that did not fix the issue, and a few personal emails back and forth with a super helpful rep…in less than a week I received an email with a tracking number for the replacement on the way! Awesome product and amazing customer support!!!

These are a great buy they perform excellent and enjoy the clean air,the sound disable in great on low I don't even hear them running ,other settings are very good with very low desable

Love this purifier! Picked up the 2-pack, one for each of two bedrooms. For its small size it really pumps the air through. Filter is thick and good quality. The control panel is really well designed with auto/lo/med/hi/sleep options and timer too. Runs smooth and quiet. I'm a clean air enthusiast and I highly recommend this.

I have one of these air filters on the first floor in a central area and one on the second floor, also in a central area. We live in the country and next door to a farmer. So, we often get a lot of dust when the farmer is harvesting. We also have 14 pet birds, one of which is a Moluccan Cockatoo, that produce a lot of dust. When I dust every 2-3 days, there is always a new layer of dust. My assumption is that this dust is settling from the air. I have had these two air purifiers running on high for a little over 2 weeks, and have noticed no fresh air smell as other reviewers have reported and have noticed no less dust in the air. When I first set them up, I was surprised the air quality light went immediately to green. Today I checked the filters, after 4 weeks, to see if they collected anything, and they looked as clean and new as the day I started using them. Since I also have a small desktop air filter that collect quite a lot of dust from the air, I am wondering if these air filters are working at all. UPDATE 02/13/2024: I have had these air purifiers running for a month. Considering the amount of dust generated from road dust on a main highway in the country, dust from surrounding farmer's fields, and feather dust from our 14 pet parrots, I don't believe these filters collect much. I have one on the first floor and one one the second floor. On the first floor, the air filter is in the living room that has direct access to the family room where my parrots are out every night for exercise and socializing. We generally get a lot of dust in the family room. Although the living room doesn't get seem to get as dusty and is easy to keep up with a Swiffer Duster, the family room still gets as dusty as ever. When I checked the filter in the living room after a month, there was a light layer of dust that could barely be seen. These filters are supposed to cover 1115 square feet, and our living room is about 300 square feet. Even though the family room is directly connected to the living room with a large arched doorway, I suppose it's possible this filter will cover only one room, and not necessarily the square footage advertised. If this is the case, smaller, less expensive air filters for each room might be more cost effective. UPDATE 04/23/24: We have now had these air filters for over 4 months. They do seem to collect some dust as we have one in the living room and I don't have to dust as often. Personally, I have not noticed any change in the air quality, but that could just be me. As mentioned previously, I have one upstairs near my bedroom door. This one I keep on the auto setting as it usually stays on low. I tried it on the high setting, and even with my bedroom door closed, I can still hear it. I am one that needs silence to sleep, so I keep this one on low. The one in the living room is kept on high in hopes of collecting some of the dust from the family room that is caused by pet birds taken out every evening. One concern I had was the cost of replacement filters. The "genuine" filters cost $75 for 2, but I found compatible filters for $33 on Amazon. In the over 4 months I have had these air filters, the "change filter" light has gone on only once on the unit in the living room. Since it had a coating of only fine dust on it, I vacuumed it to remove the dust. After re-installing this filter and resetting the "change filter" light, it has been working fine. I feel by vacuuming the filters, the life of the filters could be extended to well over 6 months and possibly even a year. This greatly reduces the cost of filter replacement for these air filters. I hope this review was helpful for you I will update this review if my opinion changes.

Bought at 5AM, delivered by 10AM. I opened the first one, read the simple instructions and setup the Puroair air purifier. That took almost 3 minutes after opening the box. Set it up in the living room after vaccuming the rug (got a lot of cat hair out). Plugged it in, it cycled through the setup as promised and then turned it on. Living room auto run, and green almost immediately (that vacum does a great job). Setup the second in the bedroom and after it cycled through its setup, I turned it on. I had not vaccumed the bedroom and the 240 immediately went to red. After a few minutes, it went to orange then green. I guess the air next to my bed is now OK to breath! Easy setup, seems like they are both running well, quiet when green (cannot hear them without standing over them), air flow is nice. Yes they have a plastic body but they are not high priced and I hope to have them running everyday.

super quiet and they seem to work really well. I like that they are small and do not take up a lot of space. I may buy more.

Was skeptical so did my research and these air purifiers came up as some of the best and highly rated. They are very quiet and really are unnoticeable only a slight white noise. My husband has one on his bedside stand. He has had severe allergies for years and both he and I noticed an amazing difference of the air quality within 48 hours. His nightly congestion and cough has improved tremendously and would go so far as to say the air purifier has helped more than any allergy medications! Had looked at less expensive models but will definitely say these are worth the money and am considering adding another one or two to encompass the main rooms. Our bedroom is a large room with tall ceilings. Our second unit is in the living room with tall ceilings and semi open area to a large dining room and kitchen. Both seem to be very beneficial even in large rooms. Wish we had purchased these years ago! Recent purchase and have been in use for less than a month. Have not reached the point of cleaning or filter replacement but can’t see how that would be an issue. We have not noticed an untoward smells or odors with initial use or operation.

The product is lightweight cheap plastic. The company ship to the UK yet the device requires a voltage step-down unit to cope with the 110V rated USA device. Company either dumb or dishonest. Factor in additional £50-100 for device to step down UK 240V. So far not seen source for replacement HEPA filters on Amazon either.

Efficient, and yet quiet, these filters made an immediate difference in the quality air in our house. I would recommend these without hesitation.

It cleans the air, like it should. Very good we have a separate monitor, it does work very well and is noise less.

I liked them so much I bought another 2 of them.

Very happy with the results. At night provides additional benefits as white noise. Refills are expensive
