Good book for learning but not for certs
Is good to learn the contents and the world of IT. Is very up to date but I wouldn't consider it the only resource needed for getting certified.

Not the full product
This book did not include the access code for Cengage, which I needed for my class because all of the class work is done through the Cengage portal. I was forced to spend an additional $120 to buy the access code because it was not included with this hard cover. Buyer beware, make sure you don't need access to the Cengage website for a class. Cengage has the book online as well. Don't get robbed if you don't have to like I did.

Ordered the loose leaf and filed this in the binder. Awesome textbook however the end of chapters “Thinking Critically” questions to challenge you doesn’t provide you with information if your answers are correct or not which is really disappointing. I’ve checked carefully at the back of the book ….nada. I’ve contacted Cengage that produced the book and here’s their answer: Thank you for contacting Cengage Canada. If the answers are not in the back of the textbook they would only be available in the instructor resources. This is a restricted item and not available for public purchase.
