I was very impressed at the variety of greens in this for the price. It's also very hard to get any kind of gut health greens for less than $50 nowadays. I'm familiar with ghost and I'm familiar with the quality of their products. Since it costs $50 or more for 30 servings of greens anywhere else, this was saving me a little bit. I like to work a little bit of greens into my pre-workout and muscle building drink. I usually add hydrogen or alkaline water and a little bit of lemon lime Gatorade. Unfortunately it's gotten a little bit of a joke reputation from my personal trainer. She nicknamed the concoction "Juice". I mean it's got excellent flavor and it's got a muscle builder in it. So it's funny on two levels.

If you've ever tried greens before and could never get them down, I highly recommend Ghost. They make the greens taste tolerable. I still will chug down my 8 oz but that's because I hate greens that much. Ghost made them bearable and I can actually get them down now.

I keep getting adds and watching videos of influencers drinking AG1, so I started looking at Greens. Paying $99 for a month supply of AG1 Greens, I just couldn’t do it. I could pack my fridge with fruits and vegetables for that much. I was aware of Ghost Greens since I use their Pre-Workout (best tasting on the market and it works); I also have their Burn (great tasting, but will make you perspire everywhere and I mean everywhere); Pump ( which just makes your muscles look big and fuller after a workout); and lastly their protein powders. I opted for the Guava Berry flavor of Ghost Greens because I grew up in Puerto Rico eating Guavas, and Berry is just a classic flavor all around. I mixed it with 10oz of cold water and gave it a shake. I can definitely taste the Guava, not so much the Berry flavor. It definitely has a Green/Earthy after taste, but that is expected given the ingredients. I personally thought that it tasted pretty good, I’m looking forward to drinking it tomorrow, and seeing how I feel after the 30th serving.

Was seeing tons of ads for Field of Greens but the price was staggering. So after doing my research, thought I would try Ghost Greens. I have to say, I DO feel a difference when I use this! More energy, better mood, just feel better overall. The taste is much better than I anticipated too... a big PLUS! The only negative I can say is that it doesn't mix all that well and you will end up with some small clumping here and there. But with the taste so good (guava berry), it's not a big deal. Sometimes, I just mix some GG with water and ice for lunch and is a good substitute. Highly recommended!!!👍

So mixed review here. I actually loved the product, tasted great, fantastic energy from it. BUT, I guess my stomach is too sensitive for it. Major diarrhea. I even tried lightening the doses. Just gave less gas and diarrhea. Explosive kind. Less I drank less I had. If I took a day off I would slowly return to normal, but day I resumed went right back to it. If it wasn't so....unpleasant I would totally stick with it. But saddly 2 weeks in and I have to quit. I'm hoping to find another mix that wont have this side effect. My doctor said could be the prebiotic. Some people exhibit a sensitivity to them. So I'll have to resume the hunt. But like I said in the beginning here. Product actually tasted great, and after a week I did feel a healthy bit of energy and a bit more up and up through the day.
