This headgear works great for my wife’s long hair and keeps the mask securely in place all night. It’s comfortable, doesn’t tangle or pull hair, and helps maintain a snug fit without slipping. A simple but effective solution that really improves the comfort and reliability of wearing a CPAP mask.

Use this nightly works great. Although strap may be a little thin, and tend to twist still good buy for the price point.

We are happy with the Headgear, but the Velcro is so strong that the fabric separated on the first use, but I have needle and thread, and we are still using it

Great gear for my sleep machine. I have been using a sleep machine for years, and this is a comfortable mask for me.

I find I need to replace my ResMed headgear more often than the 6-month cycle insurance allows. I tried this 3rd party headgear since it is much less expensive than the name-brand ResMed headgear. Unfortunately, the quality is so bad, I don't think I'll be buying this product again. Some items of note: 1. The headgear itself has narrower straps than the ResMed. This means it does not hug the head as well and thus does not provide the best mask seal. Photos for the product show the standard width of the ResMed headgear - this is false advertising! 2. The Velcro attachments are extremely strong. It's almost impossible to detach the Velcro to adjust the straps. 3. The headgear is made of a layered material that easily separates with use. The strong Velcro will often cause the layers to separate when detaching the Velcro. The headgear also doesn't hold up to weekly cleanings.

Very stiff compared to my original headgear. I had a hard time getting my mask to conform to my face due to the stiffness of the material. Almost no give.

Wider bands than the original make for increased comfort. Appears to be more durable as well. The original began to break down after about 7 or 8 months and by a year was in really rough shape. We'll see how this one holds up but so far it looks promising.

I bought this for my husband. We were quite pleasantly surprised when it arrived less than 18 hours after I ordered it. Our expectations based on the price were not high but, again, we were very pleasantly surprised. Although not as wide as the ResMed brand, it had better *velcro* & my husband said it both attached to his mask easier & provided a much better fit without it having to be as snug on his head. It didn’t slip off of his face even once. As he has a moustache & goatee, the ResMed one would come off multiple times every night. This one has made it so we both sleep much better. We’re not sure how long this one will last, but at less than $12 delivered, it’s at least 1/4-1/5 less than ResMed and other named brands & we would need to buy it every 4-6 weeks to even start to make it cost prohibitive. So, after a few days of use, both my husband and I are thrilled with it & highly recommend buying it!

It is fully adjustable and works well on my mask although the fit isn't perfect. The material is not as soft as what came with my machine but the velcro is far superior so the trade-off is very much worth it for me. It's not coming off or loosening through the night. If it was just a bit softer material I would have given it 5 stars but it's not a deal-breaker for me. A lot more reasonably priced than original also. I like it.
