This is a back up for me. I have added amla to my diabetic fight. It along with other natural ingredients,support and help me maintain my glucose levels. I live in Chicago,where I can get seasonal fruit and vegetables from various ethnic sources. I find the powder being on the shelf,more convient. It mixes well in cold or hot liquids and foods. It can be a little grity. I mix it with hot water,let it cool and settle. Then I decant it into my drink. It tastes a little citrusy but not as bitter or sour as the whole fruit.
