After trying 3 different frothers prior to this purchase, I finally found the perfect one! It’s affordable, has excellent frothing, and is simple to use. We purchased in May and this week it quit working. I reached out to customer support and got a reply back within the hour giving me troubleshooting instructions along with instructions for proceeding if troubleshooting failed. I sent them a short video of the issues and they quickly responded with a refund and apology. I will be purchasing another one, not only because of the quality of the product but because of how they handled my complaint. Great product with exceptional customer service!

I'm really impressed with this BIZEWO 4-in-1 milk frother! It froths beautifully every time and handles both hot and cold functions perfectly. I use it regularly for lattes, hot chocolate, and cold foam, and it performs great for all of them. The stainless steel construction feels solid and well-made. It's easy to operate - just add your milk, press a button, and you're done. Cleanup is straightforward too, which is a huge plus for daily use. So far, I haven't had any issues with it. *Edited* Came back and gave a full 5 stars because of the customer service. I emailed the manufacturer directly and notified them of the issue. I was well out of the 30 day return window. I didn't expect them to do anything, mostly wanted to let them know in case it was an ongoing issue they needed to be aware of. They contacted me back quickly and didn't hesitate to offer a refund. I will be purchasing another of the same. I think it was a one off thing. Solid company with great customer service that backs their product. You rarely see that. Overall I was very happy, at first. Powerful, easy to use, hot or cold options, comes with extra little round whisk. Take basic, everyday coffee to a fancy level. I purchased in February and don't use everyday. It's never been abused, dropped, etc and I'm very careful not to get the outside wet when cleaning. From the pics you can see the cover to the control panel is coming off. Technically it is still functional but this is disappointing. Of course it is outside the return window and I will try to glue back on. Makes me question the long term quality of a product.

I have to say that I was very impressed with the froth this product made. So much so I bought three or four of them. They work great for a short period of time. Then they cease to work. You put it on the base and nothing happens. No amount of unplugging and trying sf again helps. But suddenly while sitting on the base, days later it will just suddenly start beeping and spinning. I had a few replaced and the same thing happens. As much as I like the product I won’t buy anymore. I have multiple bases and containers and can’t figure out the issue. Who ever manufactures this product needs to go back to the drawing board.

Worked great when it’s working—makes nice foam and heats evenly. Mine started acting up after a short time (buttons unresponsive / wrong mode), but the seller replaced it quickly and the replacement has been working fine. Keeping an eye on long-term reliability

This is a tale of an extraordinary foamer and even more extraordinary customer service. First - the foaming. I've had a number of Nespresso Foamaccinos in different countries. For some reason, it foams up some milks, others not. I've tested theories as to why (it often seems like organic wouldn't foam, which makes no sense, but anyway) - suffice it so say foamless milk from a frother is sad. This foamer, however, has never failed to froth a milk, fresh or old, organic or not. And it has super foam and medium foam (as well as cold foam). So bottom line - it's inexpensive and works great. But, if like me, you appreciate award-winning customer service, read on. I lost the electric base of the foamer - (100% our fault) and tried to buy a replacement. But base-only was not for sale - except for used on E-bay for basically the price of a new one (makes no sense). So on a lark, because I honestly did NOT even expect a reply in this mostly customer service free world - I sent an email. What followed was a beautiful dialogue about the foamer, my wish to BUY a replacement base, and... They sent me a NEW base for free. Now I'm sure I (or they) can't promise to do that. But finding an awesome product backed by a responsive company is about as good as it gets in the cold world of on-line shopping.

I just got it yesterday and I am very impressed! First of all, it's very quiet, you don't hear it at all. Second, I use only 1% milk and the foam came out very thick. I am super happy with this Frother!

Updated & corrected review: Although this Frother did not work out for me, I’m updating my review due to the excellent customer service I received without even contacting the company. They reached out to me and offered a refund for my troubles. In no way did I expect this and it was a pleasant surprise as customers service these days, seems like a lost art. This review below, could have very well been an isolated issue with my unit. I froth milk every single morning for my coffee. I bought this frother about a month and a half ago. It was always hard to get it on the right setting, but since it worked well once it was on a foam setting, I figured it would be fine. Unfortunately, the more I used it the harder it got until yesterday when it completely stopped working. Sadly it's also out of the warranty period.

J’adore ce mousseur, fonctionne très bien et silencieux. Ne prend pas beaucoup de place sur le comptoir et c’est parfait.

Love it. Makes nice firm stiff foam hot or cold. Makes the milk hot, not just warm. Would 100% recommend this to everyone who asks about a frother. Easy to clean and remove the whisk attachment.
