Received it as described. I will update this post after a month if I see any good feedback from my kids. I found it also cheaper in IHerb it’s 101 compare in Amazon for 113 plus I got 20%discount as new so I got it for 80aed a bottle.

I am sensitive to potatoes and most niacin is reported to have traces of potatoes because it is grown on them. This company, Natural, was very responsive to my detailed questions regarding the ingredients, most of which are naturally sourced. Capsules are mid-sized so easy swallowable with a bit of water.

It gives me heavy headache a few hours after taking both in the morning and evening. I am not sure why but I usually don’t have this kind of reaction and I stopped taking it.
