Little confusing without directions, but once on very easy on off, works well you stay on your side you don't roll over. It's totally unobtrusive.

Did not like was hot and uncomfortable. You will not sleep on back.

I was really hoping this would work. It’s a bit bulky, but not totally uncomfortable. They include what appear to be four little kids swim Floaties to be the inflatable that fits in the backpack part. I could not figure out how to get them blown up and into the Backpack, so instead I rolled up a small towel and put it in. Unfortunately, because it was heavier than the Floaties, it pulled down on the backpack and ended up putting the strap that goes across the chest into my neck/throat. The Velcro was uncomfortable. It just did not work for me at all. Disappointing.

Even well fitted it would still slip with my clothes and I could roll over, it would end up next to me under my arm. Maybe if I slept naked in it....

Every morning i wakeup to find the harness has rotated around me so much cushion is next to me. I have worked on the fit for several nights and it WILL NOT do its job no matter how i adjust the straps. The only reason i gave it two stars is because im a bit on the larger side which might be preventing me from getting it properly secured. If you’re thin it might work, but if you’re a little chunky this probably wont give you better results than it gave me. I will definitely be returning this
