this chef cap is prefect fit for everyone who is chef or using for home chef cooking.

This is a great skull cap. I've looked all over for a professional looking skull cap to wear while I cook at the restaurant that won't make me sweat like a pig. I've resorted to hairnets in the past because I stand next to a very big and hot convection oven all day and wearing a skullcap along with a chef coat is somewhat torturous. (Especially since I live in an almost tropical climate. Hot and humid. Even in February.) I had many other various brands of touques and caps but they were either poorly made or made with un-breathable fabrics. One day, I discovered the glories of Amazon and searched for a cap that would suit me nicely. I have an average sized head and short hair so anything that's "one size fits most" normally is good for me. So I found the Chef Works DFAO-BLK Total Cool Vent Skull Cap Beanie thinking it would be perfect. It's made of mesh material and has a built in sweatband like thing in it. Great idea, bad execution. The cap has no structural integrity so it just kinda takes the shape of your head; making it look more like a winter hat than a scull cap. Also, the elastic on it was either defective or they think that most people have heads the size of pumpkins because it was wayy too big and made it look like I had a mushroom head. It was a great idea. I liked the company and the material but not the structure or the fit. So this product was the obvious next choice. I bought a black and a white one of these bad boys. They vent extremely well from the top of your head and it has a nice structure that is very professional looking. The adjustable straps don't get caught in my hair because of the way it's designed and it is very comfortable. With the variety of colors, great price, and very high quality of these skull caps, I believe i have finally found the perfect skull cap for professional chefs. I'll more than likely be getting more of these in the near future from the same seller as well. (I just have to say that eChefstore has some super fast delivery. I picked standard shipping and it was shipped and delivered in 2 days. I bought a few other things from that seller and all of the items arrived in the same speed or faster. Tiene una buena ventilación, muy estético, el único inconveniente seria el tamaño, deja una parte de cabello descubierta, pero fuera de eso muy buen producto, lo recomiendo.
