Found out that my right leg is shorter than the left. Enough height adjust that pain stopped. Working great since arrival. Walking again without discomfort.

Dinged one star for slipping. I found the non-slip solution; wear a thicker sock. These insoles allowed me to walk comfortably for over 9 hours. They do absorb the shock pretty well. I wore them in boots with 3.25 inch heels and I felt no back pain, no hip pain & no plantar fasciitis pain. These are expensive for what you get, I would t be able to afford them often & I need far more than one pair-so take that into consideration. Easy to use and pretty durable.

These work great but must be super glued to your insole or they move around. I find that extremely ridiculous, they should come with little strips of double sided tape. Truly unwearable unless you glue them.

Perfect fit in the heel of my running shoes that needed a little extra cushion. Non-adhesive so they can easily be switched between different pairs of shoes, but they also stay in place well without shifting while wearing.

Provided some relief but I expected a thicker sole.

I noticed a difference while on my feet all day. I gave it 1 less star only because it would shift slightly in my sneaker as the work day went on and I would have to adjust it. I'm ordering the full length insoles now that I know the gel helps.

I suffer from plantar fasclitis and these inner heels really help they are very comfortable

Get a full sole with a gel heel. These are uncomfortable and annoying.
