Savory. Great to créate marinade.
Enjoyed the garlic infusión, especially rubbed on pork ribs with other spives before roasting. This oil makes good salad when combined with good vinegar.

Fresh and reliable
Before I ordered this, I searched information and this was one of suggested olive oils. I take one table spoon every morning. Taste is nice and I feel this is fresh and nice quality.

It’s strong (in a good way), so a little feels satisfying. If you prefer a mild, buttery olive oil, this will taste intense—but if you want a robust, high-quality EVOO you’ll actually stick with daily, this is an easy reorder for me.

Beautiful color, fresh grassy flavor. Excellent olive oil. I never heat this oil and only use it for salads, dipping bread, or just a healthful spoonful every day.

The bottle is damaged, and there is no way to "replace or return" this item. upd. Amazon resolved the issue. We like this oil: the taste and smell are good.

For a premium priced EVOO with such high ratings, I must admit disappointment with the quality of the product. Specifically the taste profile, a flat finish with not much pepperiness that I come to expect from other Greek high polyphenol EVOO's that I have tried.
