The book is full of great information about cloud computing fundamentals. The formatting and word choices as well as overall editing need work. The content, however, is easy to consume and relevant to those new to cloud computing.

I admit that the subject of cloud computing was a bit daunting, but the author has the training in this manual laid out in a simple, precise manner that I found easy to follow. The fact that there are all these YouTube videos which provide further insights into cloud computing only made the manual even more user friendly. And there are ‘user exercises,’ practical examples of how to set up virtualized hardware, meaning you’re setting up a simulated computer system environment. All of this is handy. There’s a quiz at the end so you can test your level of comprehension and determine what sections you might want to go back through. The chapters do add more information and build-- as you go along. I think anyone interested in furthering their knowledge of the topic would find this book helpful.

This book does a great job getting the basics explained in an easy to understand way for beginners in the cloud computing field

Thorough and written with the novice in mind. The style picks through all the points repeatedly only it finally sinks in.

A comprehensive book on cloud computing. Questions are very good.

Lots of pictures taking up 50 percent of book, I do not recommend. Disappointing and light on content. I am keeping this review fair and within community guidelines.
