Effective!
I heard about schisandra from Dr Stacy Sims and liked the sound of an afternoon boost without the use of caffeine. I can confirm these sis what I hoped for me. Has increased alertness and no afternoon slump! Really effective prior to an afternoon training session too. Great product.
