Definite improvement on previous version of jig
So if you have gone to the expense of buying a Tormek sharpening wheel it is worth making sure you hold the knife you are sharpening correctly. This is definitely better than the earlier version of the jig which tended to create different sharpening angles on each side of the knife (I know some Japanese knives are made that way but for most knives you want the same angle)

Inferior to the old style ones!
These are vastly inferior to the old style ones, the support area is smaller making stable grinding much harder, and it’s not adjustable, very disappointing from Tormek!

Il fait parfaitement le job : il tient bien les couteaux courts. Par contre la petite poignée noire du haut vous pouvez la remplacer en regardant des vidéos de i-sharpen, car il imprime une toute petite poignée 3D qui peut remplacer celle du haut, je l'ai et j'en suis très content. Je vous conseille donc d'acheter les deux (sachant que la petite poignée 3D vient d'Australie donc vous allez payer de frais de douane il faut être préparé psychologiquement à payer quelque chose comme 60 €... ) !

Die perfekte Messer Halterung zum Messer schleifen. Ich habe mir ein billig Set für alles andere gekauft aber für Messer muss es dieser sein Haptik Fixierung da passt einfach alles
