the product was very dirty and everything had to be cleaned and also the room where it was assembled had to be vacuumed and dusted after....the parts were dirty and the bags for the parts were dirty when assembly was almost complete it was discovered that the edges of three of the drawers had cracked and separated due to a manufacturing defect not because of assembly see pictures attached it is very unsightly because this very heavy object is now put together it is impossible to send it back and i have no use for faulty, unsightly dresser and it will cost me money to to dispose of it also the parts were not clearly labeled which made assembly difficult do not buy this product it's a nightmare i cannot send pictures because safari won't let me upload them to this page phil

Nul doute sur la qualité des matériaux de construction la boîte pèse 70 kilos. Dans le livre d'instruction on indique que le montage a deux personnes se fera en une heure bien prévoyez un bon deux heures et suivez à la lettre le manuel. La couleur est vraiment représentative, mais fragile aux égratignures.

First thing that happened was that I busted one of the side pieces trying to insert the dowels. I contacted customer service right away, and they were amazing to deal with. They sent me a new part (missed sending me the 2 dowels I needed, but I managed). In the meantime, I put together as much of the unit as I could. I carved the dowels to make them fit the holes properly. When the new side piece came, it wasn't too much work to finish putting it together. I really like how the drawers glide to open and close. A few complaints: if/when I move, I won't be able to use a dolly to transport it to the truck, because there's no actual bottom on it, and very little in the way of a frame for carrying it. Also it would have been nice if the bottoms of the sides had those small nail/feet pieces, so that the chipboard isn't scraping the floor when you push it into place. There were a few spots where the finish was knicked off, which is disappointing. Otherwise I really like the unit.
