Assortment works for varied applications.

If you use a TENS unit three or four times a week like I do these are a much better deal than the pharmacy replacements. The variety of sizes is the real win here. I usually struggle to get square pads to stay on my elbow or ankle but those tiny 1.25" rounds fit perfectly and do not peel off the second I move. The big 2"x4" rectangles are also the only ones I have used that actually stay fully planted across my lower back for a full 30 minute session without the corners rolling up. Just a heads up that you should totally ignore the 100 use claim on the box. In my experience you get maybe 12 or 15 uses before the gel gets too thin. You will know they are done when the pulse starts to feel sharp or stinging instead of a deep massage. That usually happens way before the pad actually stops sticking so do not try to push them past that point or you will get zapped. To get the most out of them I wipe the gel with a damp cloth and put them straight back into the resealable bag every single time. They use the standard 2mm pigtail pin connectors and fit my lead wires really snugly so they do not pull out even if I shift around in my chair. At this price they are essentially high quality disposables but they are still much cheaper than the name brands that do not last any longer anyway.

This has saved my butt! 10/10 recommend this it’s been so so helpful dealing with pain I never knew this was something I could buy but I’m glad I did. It’s strong and lasts a long time it’s super compact and easy to use

Honestly can't believe that I was able to get it right on the first time without having to send them back. They arrived on time without having to wait like I have been doing on my same day orders. So that in itself was impressive. The quality of them are actually better than the one that came with it. So for the money spent was well worth it. They are very easy to use and very easy to peal off and place them where you want them and the sticky power of them are great. They don't fall off and just be careful when you do get them off because they will stick to your skin. So all in all I will recommend this for replacement of your old ones.
