I am so happy with the customized charms I received from Dolceoro(.com) I had many Italian Link Bracelets from years of collection. I did not realize they were still being made. I received my personalized charms within a couple of days via USPS. I wasn't expecting these charms for a week from purchase date. Their turn-around is amazing!! After I placed the order, within a few hours they sent me a message with a picture of the set up of the charms. Everything was spelled correctly, and centered very nicely on the charm. I am a private person and would prefer not sharing my medical problem with the world. Emergency Services and Hospital Emergency Rooms request people not have bracelets that say "see medical card", because your purse may not be with you. They need to know immediately and the fastest way is with a bracelet that states your medical issue. So I had my issue engraved on these. I opted to capitalize the first letter of every word only, instead of the Medical All Caps font. Again, it will provide Emergency Services with what they need without being legible to the person standing next to be at the grocery store. It provides the necessary medical alert on my bracelet without being a glaring beacon for the world to identify me with a medical problem. I've gotten so many compliments on my bracelet and then complete shock when they get a closer look and discover it is an emergency alert bracelet.

fit my bracelet, wording was done correctly, but after a month of nearly constant wear, looks like some of the black inside the letters may be wearing away. I had a lot of letters so they are finer typeface than the display link, which might be related to the difficulty in reading the link. It still works to convey the message.
