I have been using these every day for months now. They have helped me improve my strength and range of motion in my hand which was damaged in an accident over a year ago. My Physical Therapist recommended this "kit" and I've made noticeable improvements since I started using them after being "stagnant" in my progress for several months.

Good value, easy to adjust, it broke at the highest setting 60kg, but most won’t use it at that setting

The finger grips are flimsy and don't stay in your fingers. The grip counter is useless and keeps getting stuck. Not much better than regular inexpensive ones. Had to return them

I just began my massage therapy career and felt the need to increase my hand and grip strength. My teacher recommended I try tools similar to these. I have only used them all once but I'm satisfied with their quality and durability. I believe if I use them consistently I will see great improvement. The only drawback I noticed was that the finger strengthener should have had one additional hole (5 instead of 4). Otherwise, everything else is just what I needed.

Husband bought it and uses it when hes stressed, which is alot. My job is complete once he starts using this. Get it so he can get that grip grip you always wanted.

The gripper alone is usually around this price and this one is pretty fancy. The reverse exercise doesn't pull on all my fingers with what feels like equal force, like my pinkies feel loose as the finger holds are not different sizes, but there really arent premium versions of this
