This is a great product and easy to assemble. The bottom shelf had a scratch and I notified customer service. They offered me a credit but I asked if they would just replace the part that was scratched. Within a couple of days I received the replacement shelf. Their customer service was fantastic. I would definitely purchase other products from this company.

I am generally pleased with this cart. It is actually blue grey, not just grey as several stated. It is sturdy enough for my needs. It does have a small dent in the stainless top. The protective film on the top had a scrape on it, so I knew it had a slight problem before I put it together. It is small so I decided to live with it. I thought the cart was well engineered, making it reasonably easy to put together. It did take me 3 hours to put it together by myself, because you do have to build the whole thing. Not complaining, just saying! Overall, I like the cart. It's a beautiful color. The style is perfect for my needs. Yes, I would recommend this cart to others.

I love this thing! I disagree with the reviews that the instructions were lacking, I found them to be just fine. Maybe they've updated them. There were some pieces that gave me a little trouble (namely the little gold screw anchor things) but overall assembly was ok and I love the end product. I kept the wheels off as I like it better stationary and I also I like it a little shorter so I can really lean into kneading my dough (I'm 5'5) I paired it with an anti fatigue may that looks like a rug and I have a gorgeous addition to my kitchen and so much more space!

Ok, so... it's a nice island but lots of issues. 1. Huge gouge/scratch on the counter top. Its deep and ugly. It was coated with a protective film but the scratch is so deep it penetrated the film and can be felt with you hand on the metal. 2. The protective film is attached under the countertop and leaves a line of film around the edge that's nearly impossible to remove. 3. On the front leg, theres a deep gouge in the wood that was clearly just painted over. Definitely occured during production. 4. The instructions skip parts and steps. Can be figured out but be careful and be sure to use the dowels (not in the instructions at all). 5. The smell. I've never purchased a piece of furniture that had such a strong chemical smell. Not sure it'll ever dissipate. Overall, I'd return the dang thing but its already assembled so... I guess it stays. Besides the gouges, it looks nice and seems sturdy.

Great quality, beautiful. It requires some assembly, but typical of RTO furniture. Wheels are good quality, stainless counter is awesome. I love it!

Great storage, I could put it together myself, love the way it turned out. It took some time to put together but worth it.

I would want no one to buy thid company product. One of the legs did not have the holes to attach to the part of the cart. It took over two weeks to get replacement and the stainless steel was coming loose from the sides. I am going to ask for refund. Bad product.

The cart itself is good, but the top kept buckling in the middle. We were sent an additional top to replace the first one, but it had the same problem. Fortunately, the company was willing to offer a small refund for the trouble as we decided to keep the cart and replace the top ourselves.
