Very useful for getting up high enough to fix then unfit roof box. Well made and robust.

Works really well, perfect size, easy to use, just clip onto the door bracket and up you go. Tucks away easily for storage, well worth the cost.

Very strong tool holds my 14st weight and useful for packing our roof box. Choose a bright coloured step as not to forget and shut the door on it.

Game changer if you need to load things onto the roof of your car. I'm a 5ft female and have a roof bag for my car that I've always struggled to fill. I came across these steps online so I thought I'd give it a go. It's well made and so simple to use. There's only downside for me that won't effect everyone. In my car, the rear doors slide backwards rather than opening outwards. Due to the shape of the chassis, it means that when I put the step in the rear doorway it's sloping down at a 45 degree angle. It doesn't bother me and I feel perfectly safe standing on it but something to consider if you have rear sliding doors. When I use it in the front doorway, it's perfectly level. but at the back there's a bit of a slope. It's great value for money, and I've recommended it to everyone I know that has a roof bag or box.

Does exactly what it says it will! ‘Bought this to allow me access to the roof of my VW Campervan to clean it. Fits just as it should and gives a reassuringly strong step to access hard to reach areas. Works equally well on all three doors

The foot stand does its job well. I'm 120kg and it supports my weight just fine. The rubber car body protector easily comes off though so watch for that when attaching the foot stand otherwise you may damage your vehicle's paintwork. I've tested the foot stand on a van side door catch and the rear door catches on 2 cars and it has worked fine in all 3 cases. The headrest hooks are all but useless. The most likely scenario for using these hooks would be to hold shopping bags. Even with a fairly light load I found the hooks bent and dropped their cargo. The only thing I've successfully hung from them so far is a lightweight coat.

When you have a roof box, it is always a hassle to properly pack or unpack things. At home, you can still do this with a stepladder, but on the road that is often not the case. I was very skeptical when I bought this and was also afraid of causing damage. After delivery, I carefully tested the stepladder and had to practice with it. The pictures show the lady with 2 feet on it. I have size 46EU/11US,UK! I am certainly enthusiastic and it works great, only with those big feet you can only use the front of your foot. This does ensure that your calves are trained quite a bit. Is it useful? Definitely! Great for on the road, but at home I would still use the stepladder!
