Thrilled to find zinc in 15mg. Most other supplements overdose, usually with 50mg, but the recommended daily amount of zinc for adults is 8mg for women, 11 mg for men, with a recommended max of 40mg according to the NIH. Otherwise, it's a reasonably sized, high quality tablet.

I take these to up my immune system in the winter along with vitamin c and d. I cut these in fourths. So far so good.
