I got a couple of these to add to my home automation system. They connect easily to Hubitat. I set them up and tested notifications I built using Hubitat and everything works fine. They are easy to setup and you just put them on the floor around anything you suspect could spring a leak. My only problem with them is that they have an audible alarm that I have no use for, and there is no way that I found in the software to turn it off. It was an easy fix though. I was able to access the speaker wires and snip them. I will be buying more for other spots around the house.

Excellent water leak sensors for anyone using Smartthings! I have almost 10 of these throughout my home in every spot that could leak water and cause issues. The best part about these are that they emit a loud alarm if water is detected, so if you're away from your phone and at home than you'll know there is a problem immediately. I will continue to use this brand until I find something that has more features. I DO wish they had temperature sensors inside of them like others I used to use, but maybe they'll add them in the future. These have actually saved me twice so far, so well worth the money! Try and get them in sales, cause the regular price is a tad high in my opinion.

This does the job and was easy to hook up to my Aeotex hub. However you cannot modify any settings, including turning off the audible siren. I really wish you could turn off the siren without having to buy their brand hub.

These are affordable water sensors that work with Samsung's SmartThings and sound an alert locally if water was detected. Pairing with Smart Things was a breeze. I have had a set in the basement for about two years now and haven't had to change the batteries yet. When I saw these on sale a while ago, I purchased two more to put behind the washing machine and on the back side of the refrigerator near the water inlet for the ice maker.

Works with wink! Easy to set up with Wink Hub as a generic Zigbee sensor. Wink thinks it is a door sensor though. But the sensor still works with the application and Robot commands ( i.e closing the water main with z wave or zigbee device)

Great products from Third Reality. These paired easily to Zigbee repeaters and have not failed a connection. The Audible Alarm is loud and can be disabled if you prefer not to use it. Used with Home Assistant. In my opinion, Third Reality Customer Service is the best of any Works with Home Assistant supplier.

I have these hooked up to my Smart things system. The synched up flawlessly. I have a couple up in my attic because we have an on/off roof leak. They have notified me a few times of a leak, but the trouble is there is no way to silence them through the app. So every time they go off I have to climb into attic to dry them off. A override feature on the app would be perfect.

These things are fantastic. They'll work without any hub, meaning you can put batteries in them and they WILL beep when they detect water. BUT, once synced with a zigbee hub, you can keep track of the battery level and get alerts when water is detected! They work really well and I have 6 of them throughout my home.
