This cotton candy machine is awesome! Makes voluminous balls of cotton candy and easy for the kids to maneuver on their own. It cleans up easily too with warm water. Love that it comes with the spray bottle for easy cleaning while machine is still hot. The price was a bit higher than I wanted to spend but after purchasing a cheaper, subpar unit, this one is worth the extra $ as it outperformed the cheaper unit by far! Quality stainless steel bowl and high-quality parts should make this last for years to come.

We tried another inexpensive machine and it just made smoke and barely any cotton candy. This one works great and fast. Makes big fluffy balls of candy. The only downside is it kinda throws hot bits of sugar all over when you’re using it. So be careful if young kids are using it. Eye protection is a good idea. I wanted to sit and write down things a little better since initially using it. The machine is very well made. The candy "dispensing" head is a solid cast metal piece with a stainless top. It heats and makes the cotton candy very well. The entire machine is easy to clean with just some hot water. It does kinda throw sugar a little bit while using so I rotated the clear shield to have the open side away from where im standing. Makes great big balls of fluffy candy. As a bonus the ring of melted sugar that sticks around the bowl you can break off and eat like rock candy

Making cotton candy with this machine is such a fun activity at gatherings. Both adults and children delight in watching sugar being spun into floss. It is like magic seeing the floss come out and spin up on a wand. It’s also fun to buy unique flavors and try something new. The machine takes a few minutes to warm up but it’s pretty easy to keep up continuous production once it’s running. I switch off the machine briefly to add more sugar and flick it back on quickly so it stays hot and keeps making floss continuously. Holding the straw that I’m spinning onto horizontal seems to work the best to get a giant orb of floss. It takes about 2 scoops of sugar to create a carnival sized amount of floss. That’s a lot of floss and it can be done in about 2 minutes. With a bit of supervision so they don’t touch any hot components, kids can spin their own floss. It’s a fun activity that they really get a kick out of. Cleanup is pretty easy, just soap and water for the bowl and wipe down the machine a little.

I had the 1.0 version of this cotton candy maker and after about 2 years of light use it gave out on me. I went to order another one and saw the same brand but an improved 2.0 version of the same machine. Upon receiving it I was pleased to see that they really did some big changes to the major flaws of the old machine. Everything was great except the guard that is supposed to keep the floss from flying out wouldn’t snap on and would fall off every time you turned the machine on. I still had the steel bowl and guard from my old machine and that one fit but was still a little loose which made it rattle very loudly unless I held it down. The machine as I said was much better designed this time but I did notice the cotton candy was much fluffier and harder to shape onto the stick. The new machine overall was made better than the old one but after making about 5 sticks of cotton candy we turned the machine off to sweep up the sugar that flew out of the machine onto the floor and when we went back to resume using it, it wouldn’t power on. We thought maybe it was an outlet or something so we moved it and…nothing. So unfortunately this is going back and since I know the brand is good I’m going to give 2.0 another chance. I will update this review when I receive my replacement.

This was an absolute hit at my grandson’s party! The machine set up easily and just as easy to use once I got the hang of it. I was able to spin up fluffy cotton candy in minutes that not only tasted great but smelled like heaven! This unit is small but mighty. It’s lightweight and small enough to store. It kept up with the demand! Super nice!

i usually do not write reviews, however this one is good and bad. after doing some online searches. i did find out how to use the machine. this does not give instructions on use so bad there... very bad has no list of the things in the box so you have to guess what everything is and how to use it. again bad very bad. after searching how to use it. i did find some videos. none of course are the same. some say wait two minutes for the machine to warm up, some say five minutes and some say ten. which is it. if YOU only had an instruction pamphlet included. it would have a 5 star from me. because there are no instructions and no list of items what they are and how to use them i think the price is way too high. if I have to do 3/4 of YOUR job i want 3/4 of Your salary! so that is why only 3 stars. it does work it does make cotton candy and tasty too. but there was way too much time invested on my part trying to figure out how to use it. Now for the fun part time to search how to clean it. there are also no instructions on how to clean it!

It’s a second time I received broken item. The cotton candy machine don’t work. I turned on, it was working for about a minute, than just stopped. It’s not heating or turning the middle part at all. I’m putting 1 star only because without star is not letting me to submit! 0 stars!
