This is one of the best topical aim reliefs my husband has used. He likes it for his knees. When he was in rehab they used Biofreeze to easy his pain. Great product.

I love this stuff, great pain relief, low smell and disimates quickly. Lasts a long time.

It works. Use more or less depending on pain level. Rub and massage well into area.odor disapates quickly. Had to adjust from using another brand how much to apply using a few times a day. At first didn't know what to expect had high hopes for the pain experiencing. Disappointed upon first use but used too much and didn't massage completely into area. It's a creamy slightly watery gel. I'm used to a thicker consistency. Tried again putting a dimes worth on fingertip and went to work on my shoulder blades. There definitely was a difference. Using every day 3-4 ,times gave me good relief lasting 1-2.5 hours based on pain. Would recommend. Not a roll on. Definitely worth trying. .

Works well, smells nice, is not sticky and relieves some pain.

I have a very bad knee that I get shots in regularly. I have missed the last couple weeks. And I'm in so bad pain. I used it for the first because I was hurting so bad. I was shocked at how fast it worked. I had no pain for about 3 hours. This stuff is great. Get it !!! You want be sorry.

I’ve been using this for years, and it’s just unbeatable when I’ve got sore joints. A small application works wonders for me, and the professional variation is even stronger.

This product was recommended by the surgeon's physical therapist after lamenectomy surgery for aching muscles and joints. It works as advertised and has provided a great deal of relief.

We usually used tiger balm but this was recently recommended by my partners physiotherapist for his lower back pain so we tried it. The sensation is like a cool warmth and feels nice on aches. While I’m not sure how effective it would be on acute pain (I haven’t experienced that to test it) I can say it does a good job of easing stiffness in muscles or your back. I had a stiff back for a couple days after a day of carrying heavy things and I was happy to have this for relief. I also like that it’s a gel type consistency and rubs in very easily with no greasy residue to get on clothes. The smell is very “medical” like rubbing alcohol which isn’t terrible and goes away pretty quickly after you’ve rubbed it in.

Excellent product

We were first introduced to this product by our chiropractor. The beauty of this "balm" is that it first goes on "ice" cold and within several minutes it starts to warm up. As we all know from the sports industry, "cold" is the ideal for reducing inflammation -- and not heat. Excellent product -- recommend it 100%.

While I can’t say that this gel reduces the pain in my lower back, it definitely changes my perception of it, which is welcomed! The cooling/pleasant heat feeling it produces is a really nice break and distraction from the pain itself. I like that you don’t have to massage it in, And how a small amount goes along way. The smell is strong initially but doesn’t linger excessively and doesn’t stay strong smelling on clothes. The smell does stay on hands for a while, even after washing them, so I keep a Disposable latex glove to apply the gel, then simply rinse it off and save it for the next application. A great product and happy it’s sold here now!

I have tried many many kinds of cream before and not too succesfull. A friend recommended Biofreeze and it sure works for me. A bit expensive but it is worth every penny. It last a long time a little goes a long way it is easy to apply not greasy at all. I highly recommend this product.
