I was surprised how good the shampoo is. Makes a good think lather. The bottles are mid sized.

I purchased these items because I wanted a shampoo/conditioner without the extra ingredients that would damage to my hair. Unfortunately, the tops of both the shampoo and conditioner do not work. I had to remove the tops to get the ingredients out. However, the shampoo was so watery that I lost some of it. On my 2nd try, the conditioner was so thick that it wasn't easy to remove. I believe the contents are good, but it is difficult to remove them to use. I tried to discuss it with someone, but Amazon did not offer me an alternative. I tried Catalase capsules from another seller, and it was great. I decided to try this brand because of the shampoo/conditioner set. But the cost is too high for the benefit I received.

Catalase is an enzyme that is completely destroyed by acid in the stomach. It will say so on the bottle and in the advertising description. If the product makes no mention of it, you can assume it is not acid resistant, and you might as well throw your money away, because no matter how much catalase may be in the capsule, all of it will be destroyed in your stomach and will not get into your system for your intended purposes. The acid resistant capsules protect the catalase by not dissolving in the stomach, but waiting until they reach the intestines to dissolve and release the contents, thereby allowing your body to absorb the catalase and its benefits.

En cuanto al shampo y el acondicionador funcionan bien en el tema de limpieza, en cuanto a las cápsulas y la promesa de devolver el tono natural, aún no veo los resultados, después de usar no funciona.
