Great (peace of mind) backup after "a scare" with my aging oven. When preparing a meal; the last thing I have extra time for is not having the cooking function of a range top oven.

Good little hot plate. Heats up quickly. Make my meals on it everyday. It does take quite sometime to cool down completely, so do not touch burner or set anything on it for at least 10 minutes after you turn it off. I have had no issues with it and would recommend. Easy to clean. Quite and seemingly well built.

I actually jist recieved this so I havent yet used it to give an honest opinion, after opening the box it does look like a quality hot plate, I plan to use it tonight so hoping all works well

I looked through a lot of stoves before getting this one . I’m not disappointed at all . It looks exactly like the picture. It heats up pretty fast and temp is fine control buttons work well .. I haven’t experienced too much smoke . For durability is fine BUT KEEP IN MIND If you don’t clean it right away don’t wait until the next day it doesn’t bother me to much but I can’t get some of the things that fell on it while it was hot off . It’s fine I guess but do keep in mind if you want it to stay looking new clean it right away! Other than that we love it . Will continue to use to see how long this lasts . Love the color tho. Can’t go wrong with this one

Ordered this when anticipating an ice storm in my area. Planned to use this with my generator for cooking if power was lost. Received next day. Warmed up quickly with just a little "smell" as described in instructions. Having two burners will make preparing food much easier when in a pinch. Boil time was the same as on my home stove. Didn't need this time but I feel confident that it will meet my needs. I like the two handles that make it easy to carry. Definitely recommend this!

This unit really works! And, Yes!! It gets hot! The entire unit gets hot!! The handles remain “touchable” BUT DO NOT MOVE THIS UNIT UNTIL IT’S COMPLETELY COOLED!!! And it takes a long while to completely cool down. I didn’t have any trouble heating a medium large pot to a roiling boil, just know it’ll take longer than a conventional range top to reach boiling. It’s a “hot plate,” not a two burner conventional range top. I found the temperature settings easy to navigate. It stores easily on any shelf. Light weight but not cheaply flimsy. A great addition to any kitchen, whether indoors or out. I’m using it in a small kitchenette studio apartment. Product description is accurate.

I had never used a hotplate before. At first I thought it didn't work as it takes a minute to heat up, but once it does, you would think you were cooking on a stove.

If you have extra money and you want throw garbage buy it this product ..

Its a premium quality hot plate. I wanna use it for 6 months and again write a review. I have used techwood before , 1500 w solo plate was actually really good. I wanna try this dual burner 1800 watt , so far heats really really good. It takes few minutes to heat as the metal plate is really thick and its a very nice alloy to prevent the entire device from overheating and shorting the fuse.Once hot , its just amazing.
